The STEGODON winch comes with a robust synthetic rope designed to handle tough conditions. The no-load drag speed is 21.3 feet/min, while the full-load speed is 4.1 feet/min. It’s suitable for Jeep Wranglers, SUVs, trucks, and trailers, enabling you to explore any terrain.

6.4 HP Series Electric Motor

Powered by a 4.8kW/6.4HP permanent magnet DC 12V motor, this winch provides outstanding pulling power and speed.

Powerful Planetary Gear

Our winches feature multiple planetary wheel systems for maximum speed ratio and efficient coaxial deceleration.

Wired Remote Control

• Operation: Connect the wired remote, open the boot, and ensure it is protected when not in use.

Wireless Remote Control

• Activation: Press both buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED lights up.

Operating Instructions

Connect the power cord according to terminal colors and ensure the protective sleeves are in place. The motor operates on a 12-volt battery. Avoid motor stalling or overheating by limiting winching pulls to under one minute at or near rated load. If the winch rope doesn't extend, check if the Free Spooling Clutch is engaged.
